The ability of the Head of the Room to evaluate the performance of implementing nurses has also not been carried out optimally, which can affect the development and improvement of the performance of the staff under him. From here, there are challenges in leadership abilities, mentoring, and performance evaluation that need to be addressed to increase management effectiveness and efficiency in the health service environment. This emphasizes the importance of developing leadership and managerial skills for heads of treatment rooms. Aim of the research to gain an in-depth understanding of the qualifications, skills and leadership traits required by a Head of Care and be able to identify trends, best practices and current findings related to leadership competencies in the care environment. This research uses a literature review method by searching databases via Semantic Scholar and Google Scholar and also carrying out PICOT analysis of the article. Journal search results from this database are selected based on keywords, articles and year of publication of the journal. Journal searches used the keywords Competence, Head Nurse and Determinant Factors. The screening results of journals published in the last 5 years found that 30 full text journals were assessed for eligibility. After conducting feasibility studies, 20 journals were found that were in accordance with the research objectives, of which 1 journal was discarded because it was the same and 2 journals were excluded because they were not published and were not full text, resulting in 17 full text journals being reviewed. The results of this study indicate that the leadership education program for the head of the nursing room has a significant positive influence on the level of motivation and empowerment of the head nurse, and the emotional intelligence of the head nurse has a positive correlation with the work involvement of nursing staff to improve ability and performance in providing professional nursing care. Parasite density was higher in patients with hypoglycemia than in patients without hypoglycemia. This indicates that the increased number of plasmodium in the human body can cause hypoglycemia due to the parasite's metabolism. This study aimed to determine the relationship between parasite density and random blood glucose. This research is a cross-sectional study with 36 malaria positive respondents at Biak District Hospital using accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using SPSS with descriptive analysis and Kendal Tau test. The results showed that 44.4% of patients were positive for malaria with mild parasite density and random blood glucose was 63.9% with normal results. The Kendall Tau test obtained a sig result of 0.820 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between parasite density and random blood glucose. The incidence of hypoglycemia is not only due to the density of parasites but also the form and type of plasmodium that infects.
Moch Abdul Rokim, Hartati Tuna, Septriani Nainggolan Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Kesehatan Saelmakers PERDANA (JKSP) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ukmc.ac.id/index.php/joh/article/view/1133 Thu, 29 Feb 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Konseling dengan Media Diagram KLOP dan ABPK Terhadap Motivasi Penggunaan KB Pasca Salin https://journal.ukmc.ac.id/index.php/joh/article/view/1134 Sinta Kiki Amelia, Yektiningtyastuti Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Kesehatan Saelmakers PERDANA (JKSP) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ukmc.ac.id/index.php/joh/article/view/1134 Thu, 29 Feb 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Kadar Total Fenol dan Aktivitas Antioksidan Teh Daun Kemuning (Murraya paniculata L. Jack) have been used traditionally and have been scientifically proven to have health benefits, so they can be developed into herbal tea products. The chemical characteristics of herbal tea can be influenced by the processing process, namely the drying method. The aim of the research was to determine the chemical characteristics of brewing kemuning leaf herbal tea (Murraya paniculata L. Jack) using a variety of drying methods, namely the oven method at 50C, sun and air drying. The parameters observed were determination of total phenol content using FolinCiocalteu reagent, and antioxidant activity using the DPPH method. The results of research on steeping kemuning leaf tea using the oven drying method at 50°C, sun drying and wind drying respectively showed total phenol levels of 27.5 mgGAE/g, 20.5 mgGAE/g, 16.2 mgGAE/g and antioxidant activity. expressed in percent inhibition of 86.0%, 87.3%, 56.1%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the drying method influences the total phenol content and antioxidant activity. The treatment that produces the highest levels of total phenols and antioxidant activity is steeping kemuning tea using the oven drying method at 50°C and sun drying
Septiani Martha, Kharisma Adella, Lasmaryna Sirumapea Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Kesehatan Saelmakers PERDANA (JKSP) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ukmc.ac.id/index.php/joh/article/view/1140 Thu, 29 Feb 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Uji Aktivitas Antidiabetes Kombinasi Ekstrak Etanol Daun Ciplukan (Physalis Angulata L. ) dan Madu Hutan Terhadap Mencit Putih Jantan yang Diinduksi Streptozotocin https://journal.ukmc.ac.id/index.php/joh/article/view/1141
Research has been conducted on the test of antidiabetic activity in combination of ciplukan leaf ethanol extract (Physalis angulata L.) and Forest honey against white squeak male DM type-2.
